Deep lust....
Oh My GoD!!! I love Starbucks forever!!! :-P
Oh, I just recalled the moment where I was holding a cup of coffee from Starbucks, and indulging it so slowly. Yummy!!! OH GOD, PRETTY PLEASE, I want Starbucks on Brunei, like now!!!
CAN'T HANDLE THE LUST ANY LONGER, GIVE A STARBUCKS COFFEE IV!!!
LOL
"The road to utter despair is Starbucks-less"....hahaha
Oh, so admiring the cup design, so mysterious, elegant and yet simple....
Oh yeah, I also fell in love with the Starbucks logo, so green and white. I wonder who's that female, hoding her two hands up, showing a PEACE sign, I think so...I still remember that each size has a different name such as these, 'Tall' for small size, 'Grande' for regular size, and 'Venti' for large size...oooo, that's why Starbucks is so special.....
OH MY GOD!!! I have fell motionless to the ground....*slurpppp*, dammit......at least there's Coffee Bean, but it will NEVER compete against Starbucks....greatness...
Umm, I wish I have one of these on my bedroom wall, so that I'll know that Starbucks will be always near......hehehe..... :-P
I can't wait to drink Starbucks, as soon as I see it anywhere....so that's it for now and it's time for me to nap nap....hehe....Byebye!!!! XOXO

Riot!!!!
Instead of Lady GaGa, I also love Paramore!!! The only emo band I like!!!
Ok, school today was not actually school day, we had an activity at the Tutong Central Mall, about TB. Wow, getting out of school was so fun, even though I missed the English class again..
:'-(.....oh well, at least no Physics test today!!! Hehehe.....
Unfortunately, the scenery of the ceremony was crowded with people and the activities there were boring!!! OH NO, not again!!! Anyway, we just hang out, buy foods and play with our mobile phones.....hehe.....
A NICE WAY TO RELIEVE THE HAPPY MOMENT.....:-)
Oh yeah, to tell you the truth, I'm so hating Hakim, that stupid 'bajau'!!! He was all over the place, with his smelly body, disgusting hair-style, and his annoying attitude!!! Damn him, I wish you would go back to 4a!!!! OH GOD!!!! My friends and I decided to make a club, and that is 'Anti-Hakim' club.....oh yes!!!! LoVe it!!!!
Ok that's all for today, can't wait for Monday, for that big journey to Seria....hehe....Chiao :-)

......or even this.....hehe.......
NOT!! I love my life, even though it's kinda sucks and all, but hey, life's like that!!! So ummm yeah, no suicide!! LOL
Anyway, school today was monotonous, and merely the same as other Wednesdays. Nothing much to be annotated. I joined the Brunei Times Essay Competition just now, I submitted my entry and essay. Hope I win!!
OH YEAH, the essay title is 'How I Like To see My country in 25 years'...
It's mostly the same as my speech title at the BELTA speech competition, and yeah, the prizes were oh so eye-catching, and yeah, when I found out the title, I was like 'OK, I'm joining this, period!!!'
Nothing else left for me to say......
So, I got back home, checked my Facebook and my blog, OMG, a bit more to 300 views...almost famous...hehe. I chatted with my friends but what annoys me is that I'm suffering from a stuffed up nose, and yeah IT ANNOYS ME SOMETIMES.....
I SERIOUSLY CAN'T WAIT FOR TOMORROW, THERE'S AN ACTIVITY, SO YEAH, I'M LOOKING FORWARD TO IT. :-)
So that's all for now, just a simple BLAH update. Wish u all happiness and help me to get 300 views. Hehehe....so Chiao!!! Assalamualaikum....

Sunday, April 26, 2009 @ 4/26/2009 10:15:00 PM .
What an 'OH MY GOD' day......
Again today, it was time for school. Oh, so boring!!! Anyway, I did my usual morning routine and have breakfast, with a cup of water and some sausages for complements. I went to school at 6.30 am and arrived there on 7.00 am. As usual, I talked with Hazrin and friends as soon as I entered the class. But I realized that the PRS students were going to the RIPAS school today, until 4.30 pm. OMG!!! They're so lucky today and I'm sure they're going to have some FUN there....
Anyway, the first lesson of the day was Chemistry, so again, I have to move my butt to the Chemistry lab again, although feeling enervating at that time. There are nothing to be annotated about Chemistry class today. Then, the second lesson of the day was English Language, but to my utter disappointment, the English teacher was absent for today and realized that our Physics teacher was the one to relief. Nothing to much to be annotated here, except that we had a Physics test, along with 4 others. I think I did well, but the chance for me to getting a PASS for the test was a bit low.
Then, during break time, I spend time chatting a lot with Syahmi, just to kill the time and the boredom, and soon I decided to go the new admin. building with him. The building was so cool and so ravishing to look, not to mention with the air-conditioners inside. OMG!!!
OH HOW I'VE WANTED AN AIR-CONDITIONER IN MY CLASSROOM!!!! OMG!!!
Anyway, the third lesson of the day was Malay Language. The teacher came a bit late, so I had time to chat with my friends. Hehehe....then the teacher arrived at 10.51 am. Before we were going to start our lesson, my teacher that informed that I was picked as a participant for the 'Malay Speech Competition'...
I was likeWHAT???? OMG!!!Ok, pressure now, this is the second speech competition I have competed this year, but I'm not that good on Malay. I tried to reject the invitation, but it was unsuccessful, even though Mateen was the second participant was picked as the second contestant. I love English speech and I have passion on it, but for Malay speech, it is going to a REALLY BIG, I MEAN REAL REALY REALLY BIG challenge for me. During the Malay lesson, the 3 students, who've previously gone to another countries for study, were asked to deliver a short speech about their experience, traveling to another country...it was funny though, hahaha...
Then, Geography was the last lesson of the day....nothing much to be annotated, just that I was asked to explain 'Physical Weathering'. Hahahaha, I was like OMG!!! But I did well, I think so!! Then, it was time to go home, but I'm still thinking about joining the Malay speech thingy....Oh well....let's see what's next!!!!

Come on DJ play that song......
Weewee, hello there, blog readers!! As you can see (or not), I'm a hell of a music lover!! :-0
Yeah!!!! :-)
Now, now, I currently loving that song 'Poker Face' by Lady GaGa, it's like, the coolest and the most addictive song ever. Take that, Amy Winehouse.....for a being a stupid bit*h taking 5 Grammy Awards for your worthless album. HAHAHA....your home is in the 'Rehab' anyway!!!
OMG!!! I'm fallling in love with Lady GaGa's unique and ravishing music...behold 'the future of music', literally!! ahahaha. Ok, I think you're wondering what is that headphone above? I've seen these type of headphones form Lady GaGa's music video for her song 'Eh Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say)....it captured my sight and found out that the name of this headphone is 'Beats by Dr.Dre'.....cool!!! Sounds elaborating!!
"Just Dance, gotta be OK, da da doom doom...." from 'Just Dance'
"P-p-p-poker face....p-p-poker face...." from 'Poker Face'
OH YEAH, COOLEST LYRIC OF ALL!!
Music is my life...I listen to music everyday. I either dance my butt off with it or just relax with it...Music also motivates and give out energy that have been wasted....I can't live without music...so that's why MUSIC IS MY LIFE...you call me a MUSIC FREAK!!! I don't mind it all!! =)
Anyway that's all for today....I'm really out of ideas now, so bye bye!!!

Today's boring story....
Urrghh, what a boring day today at school, it's like.....SMMHT is getting boring than ever....no fun activities or whatsoever. I feel like I wanna die of boredom. So here's today story or should I say 'Today's story - The boredom and the fun on a Saturday School"...mmm nice...hehe...So here it goes...
Woke up at 6.00 am, just like on Thursday, but I continued to sleep, until I realized it was 6.10 am!!! Gosh, I barely slept like 5 mins but oh well, I have to force my body to walk to the bathroom. Oh, I'm terribly sleepy.....anyways, I brushed my teeth and took a 5-minute shower. I got dressed up and ate breakfast, and went to school. I arrived at school at probably 6.50 am, and saw that the scenery of SMMHT was merely the same as before, with the two goal posts just lying there on both the parking lot and in front of the assembly hall. I wonder why the hell the goal posts have been left there...
Anyway, I arrived at my class, and I'll never miss the sight of Hazrin welcoming me the moment when I entered the class. I was still sleepy at that time so I tried to hold on for my first lesson to start, which was Additional Maths. I don't like this subjects but somehow, I'm trying to improve...We were studying on graphs of exponential functions or something like that, and finally, it's a topic that I fully understood, even though I suffered some mistakes. What really annoyed me was that Mateen, who sat beside me, kept making jokes which officially, I laughed to it. Haha, I'm a laughable kind of person and I can laugh easily...But I was still bored though and still sleepy....
Next, it was co-curicullum (OMG, is that spelling correct??)....I thought it was CCA but sadly, it was yet another reading programme. How boring!!! I was ready to play Scrabble with Syahmi, and yet oppurtunity strikes me again. Fortunately, we ended up doing English comprehension instead of reading, so YEAH!!!
Anyway, it was time for recess or breaktime!!! Sometimes, I can get bored by breaktimes because there's like nothing to do... So Syahmi and I decided to walk around to other classes like Form 4a and 4b, just to visit our old friends. I felt so happy by meeting them, it's like their my family or something....Because it's been three interminable years we've(Me and the other 3a students) been together.....I still going to miss them anyway...Then it was time to go back to our class for our third lesson of the day, my favorite, English Language.
Today, we were asked to write a letter to a sick perosn you loved. At the first half of the period, we were doing it in the classroom, then the second half of the period, we were doing it in the library. You should blame to the other students who wanted to go to the library so badly. At somepoint, the power was off and it was quite dark at the library. Ahh, poor them anyway!!! I successfully finished it in a jip and walked my way back for our last lesson of the day, Mathematics... we were doing corrections on a test paper we've done last Wednesday. I was aiming for all correct, but somehow, the dream became rubbish as I had a mistake on formulaes....OH GOD, how could I be so careless??? Anyways, Hakim was making the Mathematics class seemed like a zoo. He was so noisy and he even poke me like I'm some kind of doll or something!!!
Oh PUH~LEASE, why don't you just go back to 4a?? Why did you exchange classes at the first place?? DAMN YOU~~!!!
I was so exasperated by his monkey attitude, and therefore, I just ignored him anyway!! When school was about to end, my Maths teacher told Hakim to stay first, but the rest can go. Woopeee, a punishment for your blown-out, self-claimed ass!!! I went back home after a mixed-up day today at school.....and i dozed off in my car....zzzzzzzz

Attitude change, perhaps??
I was super shocked today, as I'm starting to like doing poems..hehe. Here are some of the poems that I've just made by myself
- I woke up in the morning,
as I see the sun scorching,
don't know why life's like this,
so hard I can't resist...
- Music beats rejuvenates us,
hear the beats flying like petals in the wind,
so much to hear until it became dust,
music is my life, no matter the cost..
- A cup of tea and a piece of bread,
sitting down on a wooden chair,
put a jam on the bread,
while thinking how my life gone in despair...
That's all for today. Could this be a big change on my attitude?? I think so!! Chiao!!

Today's story....
Sorry for not posting new blogs these days. I'm so busy and tired you know. Anyway, I've the chance to hold on the exhaustion to type today's story at school. Here it goes.
I woke up from sleep at 6.00 am, but I was so tired of getting up from bed but I was forced to by my Mum. I took a shower and got dressed up. I drank just a cup of water for breakfast, and I left home for school. Feeling terribly exhausted, I brought along my iPod and played energetic music to prevent myself from sleeping in the car. I arrived at the school at 6.55 am. As usual, as I arrived at the class, Hazrin was the one who talked to me first. I talked with my friends until the lessons started.
The first lesson of the day was Physics, and it was sometimes wearying to walk from my classroom to the Physics lab. Oh how I wish the labs to be moved just nearer to my classroom. The Physics class was throughly average but we did an experiment on measuring the mass, weight and density of objects. Nothing more to be annotated. Then, we walked our way back to the classroom for the second lesson of the day, which was Malay Language. It was thoroughly the same as other ML classes, with the teacher being funny and serious at the same time.
The break was merely the same as before, but this time it was more noisy as my friends played football with a bottle cap. It was hurrendously annoying and stupid. The third lesson of the day was English Language, my uttermost favorite subject in the world!! Today we learned about leter writing but instead we were given a test paper to fill in the blanks to complete a letter. My friends had a har time figuring out the right words to go to the blanks, though the teacher had given answers in the whiteboard. I was stuck at first, but I found my way into it and got full marks for it, along with 3 others. My friends envied me, but who cares??? Just try your best!!
The last lesson of the day was Biology. We were going to do an experiment to test the appearance of starch on a leaf. I was super excited but I was scared too, as it was a very dangerous experiment. I teamed up with Hazrin and Azmi. Thoroughly, the experiment did go nicely, but there were fires and splashes of alcohol everywhere. But it was fun at the same time. It was 12.30 am and school has finally ended. What a miscallenous day it has been today!!!

BULLY INTRO - MY UPCOMING NOVEL (just a preview!!)
Ok, don't panic. Don't ever panic! It was once in a blue moon to step beyond the areas of such a big school. This is my first time here at SMMHT, my new school or should I say, middle school. Then, I got out of the car, which is a Hyundai Bluebird, and waited out while carrying my brand-new bag. Now I can sense that something extremely weird will happen soon. It was fine morning actually, with the birds flying around happily under the quite hot sun, the sounds of the roars and engines of cars here and there, and I can even see some of the students beyond the verandah waving at us, or possibly jeering at us newbies. Whatever, I don't care at all.
Anyway, my father accompanied me to the assembly hall, where the Form 1 registration was held. My heart was beating like crazy at that time, mainly it's because I was panic and a bit intimidated of entering a new school. Then, when I entered the new building, I saw alot of newcomers, already seated, followed by their parents. Ok, try to find a seat for the two of us cause I need to sit badly. It all happened very quickly then. When I was searching for an empty seat, I almost slipped. Damn it!!! I didn't fell actually and that was a bit embarrassing. OK, I felt lonely now, as the students and their parents were seated seperately. Damn!!!
Ok, try to search again. I was delighted to see some of my friends there, especially Syahmi, Aizat, Barrun and Azinuddin. Ok this wasn't as bad as it looks like. Then, the registration started with the recitatation of prayer and a welcoming speech by the principal and the deputy princial. Ok, to be frank, the welcoming speeches were very stodgy and banal. I almost felt asleep by them, mainly because of the volume of their voice, which was low and even deaf people couldn't hear what the hell they were saying. After the speeches, I felt so energetic back again. The students of Form 1A were including my friends, Faiz, Azinuddin, Aizat, Barrun and Syahmi. I was so happy at that time and now, my friends would accompany me throughout this big school.
After that, we were taken to our new class. Ok, the whole scenery of SMMHT was staggering and completely divergent than my previous school, which was small. After I arrived at our class, I felt numb and said to myself "Oh, here we go again!!!"

Prizes that I got for this year..... (from the PMB prize presentation to the BELTA competition)
Here are some of the prize that I got for this year. I'm so blessed this year for these beautiful prizes.I'll keep them until I die, especially the small trophy of the BELTA speech competition (with the ribbon), to show that I actually have courage to public speaking.Which one do you like??? Haha, I've never got a trophy since PSR 2005, where I got 5 A's (must be a fluke...). All of the books are the prizes as a result of being the best at English Language and History. The red thingy is the certificate of participation of the BELTA speech comeptition. The two trophies with SMMHT logo are yet again the prizes of being the best at English Langauage and History, along the certificates above the two small books. That's all for today, distinguished readers. Sayonara!!!
Saturday, April 18, 2009 @ 4/18/2009 04:11:00 AM Just for a minute or two.....
Just for a minute or two......
I missed the BELTA competition so badly. Mainly because of the girls whom I met there are so friendly and funny. I missed them and I had a great time talking to them. They also teached me how not to be intimidated by girls, lessons learned!!!!
Sadly, my teacher said I can't join the BELTA competition next year. I was crestfallen, but that's ok, I could be the motivator for the next participant for our school. Hehe, anyway that's all for today. I'll upload the photo of the prizes that I got for this year and the extraction of the two scripts that I performed for the speech competition soon. Sayonara!!!!
Thursday, April 16, 2009 @ 4/16/2009 10:15:00 PM My Novel.
My own novel.... and being a novelist....
Okay, it may sounds stupid but it's true. Well, I started doing it on Facebook, and the title is 'My Trip To KL - The Agony and Ecstasy'. It is divided into several parts and the story follows my wearying trip to KL from 2oth March to 25th March 2009. Seriously, it was a lot of fun doing it, and I do want to be a famous author someday, just like Stephenie Meyer and J.K Rowling. I finished writing the first part in 30 minutes, and post it on Facebook notes.
The first part was well-recieved by my friends and family, with my friend Syahmi said that I should be a novelist. I was like WHAT!!! No way, I'm not that ready yet...but hey, that's one of my ambition. I want to be a novelist someday (insyaAllah), it's really fun making books and stories for people. I wanted to express my emotions through writing books. Okay, stop being boastful, Amirul!!
Then, I wrote the second and third part later on, and I would go on until the thirteenth part, until I decided to go on a hiatus. I don't know why, but I think I would think of other things first especially studying and of course, making this blog!!! I felt disconsolated of stopping but insyaAllah, I'll do it again by May. That's all for now, my friends!! I think I'll post some of the extraction of my novel here. Sayonara!!!

There I was, standing on the RTB stage, ready to deliver my speech entitled 'How I Envision Brunei Darussalam 25 years from now'. I wore a big-sized blue blazer of my school, along with the PRS tie, and school uniform, looking very smart, confident, and happy. I was a bit nervous but the audiences wasn't that many, so this should go smoothly. I saw my mom and my sister just in front of the seats, but not so close to the stage, but still, I can see their faces so vividly colored.
The presenter, which I forgot the name, told me to start delivering the speech. Ok, the spotlight was bright, I could get blind by this stuff, but I'll just start it though. I delivered the salutations first, than the introduction, which the audiences there found it funny, and straight to the points. I stammered on some points, because I was a bit intimidated by the audiences, and I tried to forget the miserable performance on Form 3F earlier for practice, which I regretted on that decision. At last, it was time for the ending, I delivered it nicely, with a calm but stressed voice and when it ends, the audiences clapped and I zoomed off the stage, without bowing to the audience.
The girls congratulated me and I felt relieved, cause IT'S ALL OVER!!! I watched the remaining competitors, and to be frank, they did better than me. Oh great, how will I win now??? Then, it was time for the announcements of the winners. My heart was beating like crazy. Ok Amirul, try to calm down, it's really hard for me to get the first position so don't ever dream of getting the 1st place, hehe. So, consolations prizes and souvenirs were given first for the judge and officials. Later, it was the announcements of the winners.
The 3rd place goes to Nuraini Abd. Zabar from Chung Hwa Middle School Seria while the 2nd place goes to Dk Nur Syazana from St. James School and the 1st place goes to Luisa Lo Mei Hwa from Chung Hwa Middle School BSB. I got the 5th place, but I wasn't disappointed though, rather than getting the last place. Later, my mother and sister congartulated me, and also my supporters and teachers. I was asked to go to eat with the guest of honour along with other competitors. After that, I went home, feeling both happy and relieved, because it's over!!! FINALLY!!!
Tuesday, April 14, 2009 @ 4/14/2009 06:33:00 AM A day like no other.
A DAY LIKE NO OTHER....
Today was the best day ever that I've experienced during a school day (e.g Monday and Tuesday). It didn't happen at school though, instead it's out of school. This is how the story goes...
Well, today was the speech rehearsal day at Bandar, so I was very excited, as this is my first time I've been out of school this year. What made it more fun, was that the supporters are allowed to come.... I was like YEAH!!!!! Someone to accompany me!!!
I picked the right supporters and finally, the 5 supporters were Syahmi, Mateen, Raehan, Faris and Azim, it's because they're dependable and friendly. It was fine Tuesday morning actually, but rainfall was expected. Cikgu Janah brought us to the RTB building, just near the big Yayasan Shopping Complex. The building was quite big and inside it were filled with other students and competitors. It was a bit cold too, but when I got to the backstage, it was even more colder. We rehearsed and rehearsed until it was time for a lunchbreak.
We all decided to go to the Yayasan Shopping Complex to eat. Only five of us decided to go there, except for Azim and Faris, I don't know why. It was a quite a hot day actually, with the sun was shining so brightly. We ate our lunch at Jolibee, and we kept talking about music when we were eating. Most peoples looked at us a lot of times, as if we escaped from school or something!!! Please, I'm a nice-oriented person and I never do that kind of stuff, along with the others.
We hung out around the complex, as we got a lot of time and we saw more students there, hanging out. Well, it was all fun and games, until it was unexpectingly raining. Damn it, I expected today to be raining but not now. So we got to jet back to the RTB building. We ran thorough the rain and arrived back there, wet. It was ok though, we got dried up and moved on the second rehearsal, until we got back home at 4.30. We were brought home by my brother in-law. What a fun day it has been!!!
Monday, April 13, 2009 @ 4/13/2009 08:37:00 AM A nasty cut.....
A Nasty cut....(may considered yucky for some readers)
Have you ever accidentally cut yourself, using whatever sharp objects, that it goes through deeply until it bleeds so much??? I've suffered this problem, and it was one of the worst pains of my life. You could imagine the agony that I'm suffering right now. Well, this is how the story goes....
I was cutting sausages into small pieces, for me to eat, because I was hungry. It was nearly 6 p.m and I was home alone with my new maid. I could be so careless, you know?? Then, I accidentally I stabbed my palm with the sharp knife because I wasn't looking on the way I cut the sausages.
OUCH!!!BLOOD WAS EVERYWHERE, NOT EXACTLY MANY.BUT IT HURTS!!!!
I washed off the pouring blood, and the blood was coming out non-stop. The pain was unbearable, thus my maid came into the fiasco and helped me to stop the bleeding. She gave me a lot of tissue papers and tried to find a plaster. The cut wasn't that big though, it's a bit small but it hurts so much.
The agonizing pain was tough for me to handle, and suddenly, I felt dizzy. I laid down on the sofa and my maid gave me a glass of water (she's nice though!!). Anyway, now I realized how the pain felt when you accidentally stabbed yourself. Looks like I'm a bit amateurish at cutting things. Hehehe. Anyway, the pain continued to lessen but my left hand felt so weak. If there's anything bad happens to it, I'll send it to the hospital. Nauzubillah. That's all and remember to watch where you're cutting, or else you might suffer what I'm suffering right now!!! Sayonara!!!
Sunday, April 12, 2009 @ 4/12/2009 07:27:00 AM A simple update.
A slight malfunction and a simple update...
For the viewers of my blog, there has been a slight malfunction. I will not be able to upload the video of 'Poker Face' by Lady GaGa, so for the fans of Lady GaGa (if there's any), please do not feel disappointed, I am too!!! The reason was that the video is not available for our country on Youtube. How stupid it is!!! Anyway, I'll try my best, searching for the video on another source. So, be patient.
Anyway, today was just a fine day, as my cousins were staying here for a night. There's not much activity to do today, as it was thoroughly raining, so I jumped into my bed and surfed into the internet. Right now, I'm staying at my dad's office at the Earth Station Telisai, to accompany him. It's fun though, but the place is quite big and eerie. Also, I had fun chatting with my best mates, Amal, Mirah, Mateen, Fadli, Syahmi, Nigel and Raehan. So that's all for today, tune in again for new posts!!!! Sayonara!!
Saturday, April 11, 2009 @ 4/11/2009 09:01:00 AM A hectic Saturday.
A HECTIC SATURDAY!!!!
Saturday was a very hectic day for me. Mainly, it's because I had to watch the marching rehearsal at my school this morning, which I found it quite boring. What made it more worst was because of the hotness. The sun was shining brightly above us and I felt horrendously weak. My school uniform was drenched in sweat, so I've decided to move to the back, to cover myself from the sunlight. The rehearsal would go on for about 1 hour and 45 minutes after someone told us that the rehearsal had ended. How weird!! We were told that the rehearsal would go on from 7.30-10.00 am...well, how lucky I am!!
The rest of the period were studying, English and Mathematics, two favorite subjects. In the afternoon, I will have a meeting with Cg. Hizatul, to discuss about the speech. Well, I never thought I would get through to the final. Hehehe. Anyway, I arrived at school at 1.25 pm after eating lunch and went to the resource room. We discussed about the script and it was really hard though. I left the school at 3 pm and and rested my body in the cool car. What a tired day Saturday had been!!!! PHEW!!
@ 4/11/2009 04:49:00 AM The Fame by Lady GaGa.
The Fame by Lady GaGa
Introduction:-
Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta was born in 3rd March 1986, of an Italian-American descent. She is known better for her weird stage name 'Lady Gaga'. In the beginning, Lady GaGa came out of nowhere. Her fun-filled and flamboyant debut single, 'Just Dance', made her famous. 'Just Dance' was a summer smash-hit and became an instant success that will increase her international popularity.
Singles and its success:- You know the song 'Just Dance', right? If not, unlucky you!!! It's a very melodious and an ultra-dynamic song, just the perfect song to just move your butt around and party!! After the success of 'Just Dance', which goes to No.1 all over the world, then come along the captivating and funky 'Poker Face', which successfully dominates the radio airplay. 'Poker Face' is utterly a perfect successor of 'Just Dance', with its almost catchy and irresistible tune, robotic vocals and up-tempo dance beats. Once again, it was No.1 all over the world where it was an immediate success in Europe.
The Album:- She released her ravishing debut album 'The Fame', right after she released 'Just Dance' as its first single out of the album. Earlier, before the success of 'Just Dance', it sold a remarkably low 100,000 copies worldwide. But, after the success of 'Just Dance' and 'Poker Face', the sales of 'The Fame' have substantially improved, selling a nearly 1 million copies in just 2 months or less. There are 12 tracks for the original version, 15 tracks for the improvised version and 17 tracks for the UK and Ireland versions. I got the improvised and believe me, it is simply the most exhilarating album I've ever heard since Madonna's 'Hard Candy'.
Here is the list of tracks on the improvised version of 'The Fame', followed by the likeness scores and simple comments for each song.
Track list:- 1. Just Dance (5/5) - A surprisingly addictive song, always heard this song on the radio. 2. LoveGame (5.5/5) - Loved the lightning beat here! 3. Paparazzi (4.5/5) Heard this one before I bought the album, but where? 4. Poker Face (6/5) Really great and addictive!! 5. Eh Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say) (5/5) A very charming and intimate song! 6. Beautiful, Dirty, Rich (4/5) - She wants to be rich, I guess! 7. The Fame (4.5/5) - Commemoration of the disco era. 8. Money Honey (6/5) - A reminiscent to 'Just Dance', same beat and same style but different topic. 9. Starstruck (5/5) - Hip-hop at its best. 10. Boys, Boys, Boys (4/5) - Like the chorus of this song. 11. Paper Gangsta (5/5) - Good attempt on rapping. 12. Brown Eyes (4/5) The only ballad on this album. Also her most vulnerable song yet. 13. I Like It Rough (5/5) - I like it rough too!! Another superb song which could be a hit!! 14. Summerboy (4/5) - A bit rocky over the edge. 15. Bonus Track: Disco Heaven(3/5) A little bit dull for an ending, but actually it's just a bonus track, though.
Musical style:- Fueled by heavy dance tracks and popping electronic beats, is a well-crafted sampling of feisty anti-pop in high quality. Lady Gaga (real name is Stefani Germanotta) pulls out all the stops on 'The Fame', injecting hard-hitting synthesizers, and crashing slicks and grooves. From its opening track until it closes, 'The Fame' fails to come up short on funky sounds to amuse fans of this dance genre. From an interview, her influences on making this album were David Bowie, Queen, Madonna and Michael Jackson.
Lyrical content:- The lyrics on 'The Fame' focuses primarily on Gaga's desirous observations on fame and vanity and using keen, self-aware lyrics. Backed by relentless, heavy dance beats, songs such as "Just Dance" and "Beautiful, Dirty, Rich" unapologetically describe her hedonistic aspirations of living a glamorous lifestyle of wealth, drinking and partying.
Tracks like "LoveGame" and "I Like It Rough" provide acute detail of her sexual desires. She also expresses a perchant for softer, love songs on "Eh, Eh (Nothing Else I Can Say)," a simplistic pop song about breaking up with an old boyfriend and finding someone new, as well as the piano-laden ballad, "Brown Eyes" which she describes as her most vulnerable song.
Fortunately, many professional music critics found her open, unapologetic views on fame, fortune, sexual desires, and partying to be quite entertaining in comparison to more campy pop stars.
Review:- Overall, the album is consistently fresh and innovative. Lady GaGa made a very tantalizing debut that no other pop stars could ever do it. I heavily compliment her songcrafting ability and ear for music. This is a must-buy album. I recommend for you to buy this album or simply just hear the songs at Youtube....believe me you won't regret buying it. If you refuse to buy it, who cares!! Current worldwide sales: 2 Million Copies+, still increasing!!
Overall scores: 99.9/100... perfect!!!

Saturday, April 25, 2009 @ 4/25/2009 10:56:00 PM .
@ 4/25/2009 01:12:00 AM .

Sayonara!!!

Wednesday, April 15, 2009 @ 4/15/2009 11:46:00 PM The BELTA speech competition final.
The BELTA Speech Competition Final
Overall scores: 99.9/100... perfect!!!
